What Is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is an effective approach to overcoming personal, interpersonal, and professional challenges and creating a bridge between where you are and where you aim to be. Life coaches provide focus and motivation, help identify roadblocks, calibrate goals, and discern paths towards achievement. Other important aspects of life coaching practice include creating accountability, igniting self-improvement, and providing insight through mindfulness.

People often seek life coaching when they are going through big life changes. But life coaching can be a useful tool in many circumstances, whether you have a specific goal in mind or are simply looking to lead a more conscious, meaningful life.

What happens during a coaching session?

I believe in natural chemistry, so the first coaching session is all about getting to know you, as well as giving you the chance to ask questions and get to know me. We’ll then move on to discussing where you are now, what your aspirations and dreams are, what you would like to achieve, and any roadblocks or imbalances in your current situation. Like many clients I have successfully coached in the past, you might be feeling a bit lost and not know exactly what you want at the moment. Wherever you are, we’ll work to help you achieve a greater level of clarity, new levels of excitement, and create a much brighter picture of your future.


During our first coaching session, I will also explain in great depth what you can expect going forward, and outline a possible path for how the next sessions will look like, so you can see some tangible results as soon as possible. Throughout our coaching sessions, we will use a range of techniques including summaries, observations, reflections, mindfulness, role play, and narratives to help you deepen your self-understanding. 


More importantly, Amaze Create goes beyond the standard life coaching model, giving you the tools to support your transformation outside of our coaching sessions. I am passionate about meditation, positive psychology, and nutrition. Therefore, I offer clients a mind and body approach that explores lifestyle changes like diet and exercise, and holistic practices such as meditation, visualisation, and intention setting. Some tools and techniques might stick, others might not resonate, all are optional. 


Coaching sessions last approximately 60 minutes, and are generally conducted online, via Zoom. A limited number of in-person sessions are also available. For anyone based outside the UK and Europe, sessions can be scheduled to accommodate different time zones, including early mornings and evenings.

After the initial session, you can decide if you would like to continue or finish here, there is no expectations or obligation. 

My Life Coaching Practice

My life coaching practice is informed not only by my training but also by my personal and professional life experiences.  ​My priority is and will remain to provide a space where clients feel safe and cared for without judgement. I still have vivid memories of my first session working with a life coach, and the empathy, curiosity, and genuine interest my coach demonstrated. I strive to replicate this for my clients.

Transformational Coaching is a powerful process where through a series of conversations and reflections I will help you gain clarity and a new perspective on your life. Together we will explore available options, raise self-awareness, and actively work on tangible changes.

 

Drawing from over 15 years of experience working in the creative industry and managing successful creatives and talents, I will help you get results. I will nudge, encourage, challenge, and support you in every step of the journey to discovering your potential and creating the life you have always envisioned.

There is something very liberating in talking to a stranger, someone unbiased who does not have any expectations. I am offering a non-judgemental, confidential space, where you can be yourself, share your thoughts, ideas, or worries and find the tools you need to move forward.
